With keen organisational skills, attention to detail and a passion for efficient processes, Brooke makes sure our clients’ experiences are seamless from start to finish.
The role extends far beyond managing paperwork. Brooke prepares your quote, sends your invoices and receipts, and builds the schedule that gets Justin to your roof — so every detail is right and nothing slips through. Emails are answered in the evenings, so if you hear from us after hours, that’s Brooke.
Juggling multiple tasks with a smile, Brooke keeps the business running smoothly — so Justin can focus on bringing your roof back to life.
The Next Generation
Meet Tait
Our son Tait has joined the family business as an apprentice — starting out the same way Justin did back in 1997.
Learning the trade on the tools alongside Justin, Tait is picking up the skills, standards and attention to detail that Traditional Roofing is built on.
It’s a big part of what being a family business means to us: passing almost 30 years of roofing experience on to the next generation.
